• We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unlawful situations.

3. Service Fees and Payments

• Service fees vary based on vehicle type, towing distance, and service complexity.
• Additional charges may apply for after-hours service, special towing requirements, or emergency recovery.
• All payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other digital payment methods.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate information regarding vehicle location, condition, and towing needs.
• The vehicle owner or an authorized representative must be present during service unless prior arrangements are made.
• Customers must remove all valuables from their vehicles before towing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

5. Liability and Damage

• Gierachs Towing and Service takes every precaution to ensure the safe transport of vehicles.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical failures occurring during or after towing.
• Customers must inspect their vehicle before and after towing. Any damage claims must be reported before service completion.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made before dispatch to avoid service fees.
• Refunds are only issued in cases of service failure or errors on our part.
• No refunds will be issued for successfully completed services.

7. Unauthorized or Abandoned Vehicles

• Vehicles towed due to parking violations, law enforcement orders, or abandonment are subject to additional fees.
• Storage fees may apply for vehicles held at our impound lot.

• We collect customer information solely for service fulfillment and business operations.
